Enter shipping details, event date, and payment. The rental period is 7 days from the chosen event date. You’ll see all-in pricing, which means free shipping, free returns, and no hidden fees. Please note: Additional charges may apply after the rental period for lost or damaged items.

We steam, sanitize, and prepare your outfit using non-toxic, hypoallergenic cleaners. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Try it on and check the fit
Once you receive your package, carefully remove each item and check for the correct size, style and any accessories that you may have added on. If there are any issues with your order, please contact help@avalonlittles.com within 24 hours of receiving it so that we can make it right. We'll do our best to provide a fit swap if inventory allows.

Return With Ease
No laundry. No stress. Just drop and go.
Place items in the reusable packaging and attach the prepaid return label. No need to wash it first. We’ll take care of the cleaning and prep it for its next adventure. Drop off at the designated shipping carrier by noon on the first business day after your 7-day rental period ends. We’ll send reminders to keep you on track.
Item is Inspected & Rental is Closed Out
Once inspected, your order is closed, and the temporary payment hold is released. Minor stains or wear and tear are expected and fully covered. Additional standard fees may be applied for major damage, lost, or unreturnable items. See the Standard Fee section for more details.
Reservation Tips
We recommend reserving your outfits 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for holidays or photo shoots. Need something last-minute? Contact us at help@avalonlittles.com and we’ll do everything we can to get you a great fit on time. Once your order is placed, we’ll confirm it, prep it with love, and send tracking info your way. Get ready for that happy-mail moment!
Heads up for holiday orders: The holiday season is magical, but it’s also the busiest time of year for shipping carriers. This means deliveries may take a little longer than usual. To ensure delivery in time for Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Easter, we recommend placing orders 2–3 weeks in advance. We’ll always post final order deadlines on the homepage.
Availability: Inventory is available on a first-come, first-served basis, so reserving your item 2-3 weeks in advance is the best way to ensure it will be available.
Peace of Mind Damage Waiver
For just $4 per item, you can add the Peace of Mind Damage Waiver within the product description for extra confidence. We know little ones are fearless explorers. This add-on covers any accidental damage that makes a garment unwearable.
What’s Covered: Accidental damage that renders the item unwearable, like deep-set stains, fabric tears, or significant wear beyond repair.

Looking to complete the look? Some outfits include matching accessories, but if the item you selected does not you can always add matching accessories or coordinating sibling styles during checkout! Check out our Accessories section here.
How To Purchase Retired Looks
Love a look too much to part with it? Contact us within 48 hours of your return date to check current availability. We’ll confirm the garment’s condition and provide a purchase price. Once payment is received, the piece is officially yours to enjoy as long as you like!
Pricing:
- Lightly Worn Condition: ~50% of the original retail price
- Gently Loved Condition: ~30% of the original retail price
(Pricing includes the garment’s history of love and adventures!)
Exclusions:
- Not all items may be available for purchase. Reserved, limited edition, or high-demand styles may need to remain in our rental collection.
- Items already marked for retirement will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
